777ca reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or a business decision to exit a particular market or user segment.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC checks and compliance with applicable withdrawal policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ca holds its operating licence.
